Still no installation garage was ordered april 17 2020. Company is a joke. Stay away if you know what is good for you. We went to great trouble and expense to be sure the site was ready for delivery.

The overall rating of the company is 1 6 and consumers are mostly dissatisfied. Their installers barely speak english. We were told that the site had to be withing 4 6 inches of level which it was. Carolina carports has some of the worst buisness ethics whene you order they tell you 4 to six weeks i placed a order it took 3 months for me to hear from them and then they finally came and built my carport and now ti is leaking thanks and they say they are not reasponsible.
